SCM 3005  -  Supply Chain Management  (3 Credits )  
The course introduces students to supply chain management, including its interrelationships with other functional areas of business. It is an integrated approach to planning, sourcing, making, and delivering (logistics) products and services.

SCM 3142  -  Purchasing & Supply Chain Mgt  (3 Credits )  
Purchasing is required by all types of goods-producing & service-providing organizations in such sectors as manufacturing, agriculture, health care, & government. This professional business function tries to buy the right good or service at the right quality, in the right quantity, at the right time, at the right price, from the right source, with delivery at the right place within the context of supply chains.

SCM 3162  -  Operations Excellence  (3 Credits )  
The course focuses on best practices in supply chain operations. Effective use of process analysis and value stream mapping is emphasized. Upon completion of this course, the student will have the knowledge, skills, and abilities to understand and apply lean and six sigma, process design and value stream mapping, quality control, and capacity management.
Prerequisite(s): (TRA 3151 or SCM 3005) and QMB 3302 (may be taken concurrently)

SCM 3202  -  Logistics Management  (3 Credits )  
The course deals with design and management of distribution networks in global markets. Topics cover logistics, transportation, inventory, regulatory issues, reverse logistics, within the context of supply chains. Emerging technologies are discussed.

SCM 4143  -  Global Supply Chain Mgmt  (3 Credits )  
This supply chain management capstone course is designed for students to synthesize both theoretical and practical knowledge they have acquired throughout the program in a collaborative capstone project and via case analysis.

SCM 4212  -  Global Sourcing Strategy  (3 Credits )  
Strategic sourcing is an organizational strategy focused on the organization's upstream functions within a supply chain. Strategic sourcing is focused on optimizing the organization's competitive position in the supply chain.

SCM 4441  -  Supply Chain Innovations  (3 Credits )  
The course will focus on new technologies and advances in the field of supply chain management such as digital supply chain management. Implementation and management of these will be discussed.
